Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Blobwise, a macOS application distributed through the Mac App Store. By downloading, installing, or using Blobwise, you agree to them. Apple's standard App Store EULA also applies and takes precedence where it overlaps.
License
A Blobwise purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices under your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's usage rules. The license is for your personal and commercial use and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed. Family Sharing is supported where enabled by Apple.
Free trial
Blobwise includes a 7-day free trial with no payment method required. When the trial ends, a purchase is required to continue using Pro features. You are never auto-charged — there is no card on file during the trial period.
Payments & refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store. Apple acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for billing, taxes, and receipts.
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple's standard refund window is 14 days from the date of purchase. If you have any trouble with a refund request or need help, email hello@blobwise.com and I'll do my best to help.
Updates
App updates are delivered through the Mac App Store at no additional charge. Future major versions may be offered as a separate purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent in-app purchase validation, reverse-engineer the app to redistribute it, or use it to violate the law. Blobwise inspects data you already have access to; you are responsible for having the right to inspect whatever you paste into it.
No warranty
Blobwise is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While Blobwise's deterministic core aims to be accurate, do not rely on it as the sole basis for security, financial, legal, or other critical decisions — always verify independently. The AI-generated explanations are summaries and may be incomplete or, in some cases, unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blobwise and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
